★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de tentar fazer as aulas em outros 4 lugares que me trouxeram insegurança e os professores só queriam que vc pegasse peso, fui fazer as aulas no CF Tijuca, ninguém me forçou a pegar peso, mas sim em fazer o exercício correto. Nesses dois meses, melhorei meu humor, meu condicionamento físico, minha disposição e a vontade de ir todos os dias.
After trying to take classes in 4 other places that made me feel insecure and the teachers just wanted you to take weight, I went to take classes at CF Tijuca, no one forced me to take weight, but to do the correct exercise. Acho que poderia ter ar condicionado, mas os ventiladores ajudam bem na temperatura e não fica extremamente quente.
