★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto escola muito ruim, e trocaram apenas o nome dela por causa das reclamações. Agora chama CFC BRASIL. Mas continua sendo horrível. O preço no início parece ser em conta, mas no final você acaba pagando mais do que o combinado... Taxa pra tudo... Tomem cuidado
 Very bad driving school, and they just changed her name because of the complaints. Now it's called CFC BRASIL. But it remains awful. The price at the beginning seems to be reasonable, but in the end you end up paying more than the agreed ... Fee for everything ... Take care

Tive problemas enormes e acabei perdendo meu dinheiro com eles.
Fui desrespeitada pelo próprio dono, o Sr. Mário, com grosserias e cinismo, quando fui conversar com ele pra tentar resolver meu problema.
Fui procurar um advogado e qual foi minha surpresa?
O próprio advogado já havia processado a autoescola, por problemas parecidos com os que eu tive.
Só a D. Madalena e o instrutor que me deu aulas que merecem meu respeito.
Refiz meu processo todo na Shallom.
E recomendo muito.
São super profissionais, respeitosos, corretos.

I had huge problems and ended up losing my money on them.
I was disrespected by the owner himself, Mr. Mario, with rudeness and cynicism, when I went to talk to him to try to solve my problem.
I went to find a lawyer and what was my surprise?
The lawyer himself had sued the school for problems similar to the ones I had.
Only D. Madalena and the instructor who gave me classes that deserve my respect.
I redid my whole process at Shallom.
And highly recommend.
They are super professional, respectful, correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, além de não seguir nada do que está no contrato os carros estão todos em mal Estado. Quando chove, molha mais dentro do carro do que fora.
Minhas são marcadas com um instrutor quando chego na auto escola é outro que vai me dar aula, auto escola que foi fechada duas vezes durante meu processo me prejudicando por falta de ética de alguns instrutores que deixava o aluno bater digital e ir embora, coisas que já aconteceram comigo, não estou falando coisas que eu não presenciei. Ambiente caindo aos pedaços e repito mais uma vez, carros em péssimas condições! Minhas aulas foram todas marcadas desorganizada o que me prejudicou mas uma vez em relação a categoria A que tenho certa dificuldade e fique só aulas "picadas" pelo fato da auto escola tomar punição, está acabando meu período de um ano e não fiz nem as aulas noturnas.
Poor service, besides not following anything that is in the contract the cars are all in bad state. When it rains, it gets wetter inside the car than it does.
My are marked with an instructor when I arrive at the auto school and another will give me a lesson, auto school that was closed twice during my process, harming me because of the lack of ethics of some instructors that let the student beat digital and leave, things that have happened to me, I'm not saying things I did not see. Environment falling apart and repeat again, cars in terrible condition! My classes were all marked disorganized which was detrimental to me but once in relation to category A that I have some difficulty and I only get classes "stung" by the fact that the auto school takes punishment, is finishing my period of one year and I did not even the classes nocturnal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou no processo, porém eles não estão agendando aula prática dizem ser por conta da Pandemia, oq já era pra vir melhorando de fevereiro pra cá, mas o atraso está imenso, tem muito aluno pra pouco instrutor, se a demanda é maior que o serviço deviam melhorar o serviço, contrata mais instrutores alugar carros sei lá...meu irmão começo tirar a 5 meses antes de mim e eu estou esperando com ele, minha vizinha também , fora que eu lá na fila de espera vi a atendente respondendo muita reclamação ao telefone, e ela de mãos atadas tbm... não adianta mudar o nome do CFC e o processo continuar o mesmo! Dê nome a Auto Escola façam melhor, pq nada é feito de graça! e Claro que se eu conseguir fazer o processo da carta dentro do prazo estabelecido de 1 ano e volto e dou 5 estrelas e retiro oq eu disse, mas no entanto é essa a situação q eu me encontro..

Give Auto Escola a name, do it better, because nothing is done for free! and Of course, if I manage to process the letter within the established deadline of 1 year and I return and give 5 stars and withdraw what I said, but nevertheless this is the situation that I find myself..
