★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chácara excelente!!! Fácil acesso, espaço amplo, ótimo estacionamento. Por 4 anos consecutivos realizamos a confraternização da igreja na chácara 529. A cada ano está melhor. Super recomendada!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei a chácara 529 para hospedar meus convidados da minha formatura, adoramos a chácara, realmente é muito próxima ao Villa Conte e Manoel Carlos, apesar dos quarto terem apenas ventiladores eles são grandes e arejados e a ainda tem muito espaço até mesmo para montar barracas de acampar (o que alguns amigos meu preferiram), além do amplo salão pra montar as mesas e receber os convidados, campo de futebol e a piscina, recomendo muito a chácara, valeu cada centavo !!!
I rented farm 529 to host my graduation guests, we love the farm, it really is very close to Villa Conte and Manoel Carlos, although the rooms only have fans, they are big and airy and there is still a lot of space even to set up tents. camping (which some friends of mine preferred), in addition to the large lounge to set up the tables and receive the guests, soccer field and the pool, I highly recommend the farm, it was worth every penny !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo, fizemos a festa de confraternização da empresa na chácara 529, ambiente com muito verde e amplo espaço, e com uma estrutura ótima, nem precisamos alugar mesas e cadeiras, a piscina e o campo de futebol são muito bons, e o acesso é muito fácil, impossível se perder, com certeza irei alugar mais vezes.
I recommend, we had the company celebration party at the 529 farm, an environment with lots of green and ample space, and with an excellent structure, we don't even need to rent tables and chairs, the pool and the football field are very good, and the access is very easy, impossible to get lost, I will definitely rent more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fenomenal a chácara, localização é excelente, acomodei muito bem meus 25 convidados, todos os colchoes e travesseiros possuem uma capa, que fica torna muito mais limpo e higiênico, apensar dos quartos não terem ar-condicionado, todos possuem ventiladores, com certeza irei alugar mais vezes, recomendo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comemoramos os 80 anos da minha mãe na chácara 529, o espaço do salão após a decoração ficou maravilhoso, colocamos algumas mesas na grama embaixo da jaqueira, ficou lindo!!! Todos os convidados chegaram sem se perder, pois o acesso é muito fácil, os meus irmãos com os familiares ficaram hospedados e todos adoraram.
We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday at the 529 farm, the space of the salon after the decoration was wonderful, we put some tables on the grass under the jackfruit, it was beautiful !!! All the guests arrived without getting lost, as access is very easy, my brothers and family were staying and everyone loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a oportunidade de ir em duas festas, a 1ª foi um aniversário de um amigo que estava comemorando 40 anos, devia ter mais ou menos 80 pessoas, acredito que a estrutura da chácara comportaria até 90 pessoas, a 2ª foi uma festa infantil, o meu filho de 10 adorou a chácara, em especial o campo de futebol e a piscina.
I had the opportunity to go to two parties, the 1st was the birthday of a friend who was celebrating 40 years old, there should have been about 80 people, I believe that the structure of the farm would hold up to 90 people, the 2nd was a children's party, the my son of 10 loved the farm, especially the football field and the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo segundo ano fizemos a confraternização do nosso departamento na chácara 529. O acesso à chácara é muito fácil e todo por asfalto. Possui vários freezers e um ótimo espaço para festas. O aluguel já inclui mesas e cadeiras e possui um ótimo campo de futebol. O estacionamento também é bem grande. Ótimo lugar para confraternizações.
For the second year, we made the fellowship of our department at the farm 529. Access to the farm is very easy and all by asphalt. It has several freezers and a great space for parties. The rent already includes tables and chairs and has a great soccer field. Parking is also quite large. Great place for get togethers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente chácara, fiz a cerimonia do meu casamento na sexta para 110 pessoas, e aproveitamos fizemos a festa lá, com direito a buffet e DJ, próximo do salão tem uma arvore muito grande, que faz uma sobra maravilhosa, aproveitamos o espaço para colocar mais algumas mesas, ficou lindo!!! Todos adoraram a chácara que tem muito verde, um amplo estacionamento e asfalto até a porta, as bebidas da festa ficaram geladas pois além da geladeira da cozinha, a chácara possui 2 freezer e 1 cervejeira, no sabado aproveitamos o sol e ficamos na piscina, o proprietário foi muito prestativo, durante o procedimento de locação e sanou todas as dúvidas que tínhamos, resolvendo tudo pelo WhatsApp rsrsrs. Indico a chácara 529, tenho certeza que irão adorar!!!!
Excellent farm, I had my wedding ceremony on Friday for 110 people, and we enjoyed the party there, including a buffet and DJ, next to the lounge there is a very large tree, which makes a wonderful leftover, we took advantage of the space to put more some tables, it was beautiful !!! Everyone loved the farm that has lots of greenery, ample parking and asphalt until the door, the party drinks were cold because besides the kitchen refrigerator, the farm has 2 freezers and 1 beer, on Saturday we took advantage of the sun and stayed by the pool, the owner was very helpful, during the rental procedure and solved all the doubts we had, solving everything through WhatsApp lol. I recommend the farm 529, I'm sure you will love it !!!!
