★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos a chácara como indicação de um conhecido, não chegamos a ir visitar antes devido à distância. No sábado em torno das 19:30 a polícia apareceu na porta devido reclamações do som.
O fliperama ligava, porém não era possível selecionar os jogos.
Notamos que o Wi-Fi não funciona no salão, um familiar comentou com o cozinheiro Alex, referiu que o ambiente parecia ser maior através dos vídeos, e que não era tudo isso. O caseiro comentou que esses rumores chegarem até ele é que se precisássemos de algo,poderíamos chamá-lo.
Ao finalizar na hora da vistoria ,essa familiar referiu novamente as reclamações,os caseiros não gostaram do comentário, informando que o dono do local não precisava alugar , que estávamos desmerecendo desde o início, que até jogador já havia alugado e que nós éramos os primeiros a reclamarem, disse que provavelmente não tínhamos nada e por isso que não gostamos, além de referir que o dono poderia devolver o dinheiro, já que não precisava ,porém estava viajando. Relevamos essas críticas, pedimos desculpas por qualquer mal entendido. Quando estamos saindo do estacionando, os caseiros fecharam o portão, a van em que estávamos precisou descer e a caseira referiu que só iria abrir o portão novamente quando a pessoa da van anterior pedisse desculpas, a princípio não compreendemos, a caseira referiu que alguém gritou algo ofensivo, e que não era obrigada a aguentar pessoas sem educação, que só iríamos sair de lá quando o dono do local chegasse para conversar, minha mãe responsável por alugar o espaço pediu desculpas e tentou conversar para que pudéssemos ir embora sem problemas, o esposo da caseira tentou apaziguar a situação. No fim, resolveram abrir o portão e fomos embora. Conversamos com o pessoal que estava na van que saiu primeiro, no qual uma amiga disse que gritou “Obrigada e tchau“,provavelmente devido aos comentários anteriores a caseira se sentiu ofendida e queria briga.
Nos sentimos constrangidos com a situação, independente do poder aquisitivo, realizamos o pagamento conforme foi solicitado, e devido a um comentário em que não agradou os caseiros ocorreu uma situação desagradável.
We rented the farm as an indication of an acquaintance, we didn't get to visit it before due to the distance. On Saturday at around 19:30 the police appeared at the door due to complaints about the sound.
The arcade turned on, but it was not possible to select the games.
We noticed that the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the lounge, a family member commented to the cook Alex, he said that the atmosphere seemed to be bigger through the videos, and that wasn't all of that. The caretaker commented that these rumors reach him is that if we needed something, we could call him.
At the end of the inspection, this family member again mentioned the complaints, the caretakers did not like the comment, stating that the owner of the place did not need to rent, that we were belittling it from the beginning, that even a player had already rented it and that we were the first to complain, he said that we probably didn't have anything and that's why we didn't like it, as well as mentioning that the owner could return the money, as he didn't need to, but he was traveling. We overlook these criticisms, we apologize for any misunderstandings. When we are leaving the parking lot, the caretakers closed the gate, the van we were in had to get off and the housekeeper said that she would only open the gate again when the person from the previous van apologized, at first we didn't understand, the housekeeper said that someone screamed something offensive, and that I was not obliged to put up with people without education, that we would only leave when the owner of the place arrived to talk, my mother responsible for renting the space apologized and tried to talk so that we could leave without any problems, the housekeeper's husband tried to appease the situation. In the end, they decided to open the gate and left. We talked to the people who were in the van that left first, in which a friend said she shouted “Thanks and bye”, probably due to previous comments the housekeeper felt offended and wanted to fight.
We felt embarrassed by the situation, regardless of purchasing power, we made the payment as requested, and due to a comment in which the caretakers were not pleased, an unpleasant situation occurred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma total falta de respeito com os vizinhos som alto a noite e o dia todo é necessário ser feito algo a respeito há muitos idosos q residem no entorno isso não pode continuar.
A total lack of respect for the neighbors is loud at night and all day long, something needs to be done about it. There are many elderly people living in the surroundings that cannot continue.

Excellent place for meetings, fraternization, birthday, wedding and so on. Everything is clean and well organized, Paulinho is a very nice person, super helpful. I RECOMMEND.

Beautiful place, clean, super attentive, very helpful caretaker, everyone was very well accommodated. Just need a pool for younger children to be perfect
