★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o lugar, casal que nos serviu as refeições estão de parabéns, acomodação achei um pouco desleixada, tive que varrer meu quarto e tirar as teias de aranha debaixo do colchão e das paredes para dormir, fora isso estava bom.
 I loved the place, the couple who served our meals are to be congratulated, I found the accommodation a bit sloppy, I had to sweep my room and remove the cobwebs under the mattress and walls to sleep, otherwise it was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço muito bom e o caseiro é muito simpático, mas a casa está um pouco abandonada com teias e aranhas. A piscina é muito grande e boa mas como não tem bomba para limpeza ela acaba ficando muito suja.
Very good space and the caretaker is very friendly, but the house is a little abandoned with cobwebs and spiders. The pool is very big and good but as there is no pump for cleaning it ends up getting very dirty.

Pode ser até legal p churrasco música ,passar o dia , agora ficar lá com a família falta muito pra ser boa .
Foi no dia 16 de agosto 2021 a noite. Nem tirei a família do carro.
We tried to locate it , but when we saw the place we gave up , dark , everything dark I found abandoned the house is not cozy for the family , I gave up just to enter the rooms and kitchen , high price for the offer ,
It can even be nice for barbecue music , to spend the day , now staying there with the family it 's a lot to be good .
It was the 16th of August 2021 at night. I didn't even get the family out of the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo ano faço meu niver em sítio, com um tema diferente, este ano fizemos uma festa incrível no sítio com tema RED, subimos drone , escorrega sabão, aulão de axé, e o baile a noite com a dupla @erikejessica, os caseiros super atencioso, e todo espaço e muito bom entre o salão, a casa e a piscina sensacional.
As every year I have my birthday at a place, with a different theme, this year we had an amazing party at the place with a RED theme, we went up drone, soap slide, axé aulão, and the dance at night with the duo @erikejessica, the super homemade attentive, and every space is very good between the salon, the house and the sensational pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bom. Não tem microondas, isso faz falta e a TV é bem antiga, não tem um sinal bom. De resto, ótima localização e bem amplo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comemorei meu aniversário na chácara dias 05/03 e 06/03.
A area de lazer e convivência é bem ampla e com bastante variedade de diversão, sinuca, ping pong, campinho de vôlei e futebol e uma piscina enorme, não tenho nada a reclamar do local para realizar uma festa.
No entanto minha eu, minha família e meus amigos sentimos que a casa poderia estar um pouco mais conservada e com moveis mais novos, principalmente geladeira e utensílios de cozinha.
Os quartos são muito grandes e acomodam as pessoas sem problemas, aconselho levar ventilador, ja que os quartos possuem vitrôs e não janelas.
Não tive problemas, a única coisa que pedi pra o Sergio (Caseiro) e falei com o dono também, foi que a cozinha auxiliar não possuía gas (foi colocado um imediatamente), os chuveiros da casa principal estavam falhando, um sem água e outro sem água quente, outra coisa que comentei foi que eu algumas pessoas sentimos um cheiro muito forte de umidade e suor no salão e mesmo depois de avisar o cheiro ficou o final de semana todo, recomendo ao proprietário dar uma olhada no forro pra procurar alguma coisa que esteja gerando esse odor. O maior problema que tive foi em relação a Geladeiras e utensílios de cozinha, as geladeiras estavam fracas, tive que comprar muito gelo, onde tive um gasto inesperado, pra conservar bebidas e alimentos, panelas bem antigas, não possui liquidificador e falta de garfos, facas para a quantidade de ate 60 pessoas do anúncio.
A Casa não estava suja, porem algumas partes como beira de janela, e cantinhos tinham pó e bichos como aranha e besouro.
Mas o lugar externo é muito grande e com bastante verde inclusive com pé de abacate e goiaba.
O Caseiro muito simpático e prestativos, foi negociado para ficar na churrasqueira por um valor de R$200,00 (acho um pouco salgado, mas conseguimos dividir com os convidados e ficou leve).
Curti muito o meu final de semana e nada que coloquei aqui atrapalhou a festa! So fica a crítica construtiva para o Proprietário, quando possível renovar os utensílios e eletrodomésticos, equipar os quartos com ventiladores.
I celebrated my birthday at the farm on 03/05 and 03/06.
The leisure and living area is very wide and with a lot of fun, pool, ping pong, volleyball and soccer field and a huge swimming pool, I have nothing to complain about the place to hold a party.
However, my family and friends felt that the house could be a little more conserved and with newer furniture, especially refrigerator and kitchen utensils.
The rooms are very large and accommodate people without problems, I advise you to bring a fan, as the rooms have windows and not windows.
I had no problems, the only thing I asked Sergio (Caseiro) and spoke to the owner too, was that the auxiliary kitchen did not have gas (one was placed immediately), the showers in the main house were failing, one without water and another without hot water, another thing I mentioned was that some people felt a very strong smell of humidity and sweat in the salon and even after notifying the smell it stayed all weekend, I recommend the owner to take a look at the lining to look for something that is generating this odor. The biggest problem I had was in relation to Refrigerators and kitchen utensils, the refrigerators were weak, I had to buy a lot of ice, where I had an unexpected expense, to preserve drinks and food, very old pans, there is no blender and lack of forks, knives for the amount of up to 60 people in the ad.
The house was not dirty, but some parts like the window ledge, and corners had dust and bugs like spiders and beetles.
But the outside place is very large and with a lot of green, including avocado and guava trees.
The housekeeper, very friendly and helpful, was negotiated to stay at the barbecue for a price of R$200.00 (I think it's a little salty, but we managed to share it with the guests and it was light).
I really enjoyed my weekend and nothing I put here got in the way of the party! Only constructive criticism remains for the Owner, when possible to renew the utensils and appliances, equip the rooms with fans.
