Estacionamento .. campo de futebol gramado .. piscina adulto e infantil .. uma varanda enorme e com boa vista para as dependências da chácara ..
Uma churrasqueira bem grande e uma área para servir os convidados que comporta um número maior de pessoas ..

Parking .. lawn soccer field .. adult and children's pool .. a huge balcony with good view of the farmhouse ..
