★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo lugar, muito bem equipado, limpo, novo. Soh a localizacao que fica um pouco complicada em dias de chuva pois ha varias partes com estrada de terra. Fora isso, estadia perfeita. Super recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chegada na chácara depende de uma estrada de mais ou menos 7 km de terra, a estrada é péssima! Já ao chegar a chácara a parte social é muito bonita. Se você quiser apenas passar o dia é otimo, mas se busca conforto para a família, não recomendo. Dos 4 quartos disponíveis você ira se deparar com 1 quarto com passagem para a cozinha SEM PORTA. Apesar de um número grande de camas nos quartos, os colchões não são dos mais confortáveis. A mesa fica do lado de fora na área social, o que torna dias frios bem difíceis de compartilhar, no meio da sala que liga a cozinha a outra cozinha tem uma mesa de sinuca, que com uma tábua de madeira se torna uma mesa de ping pong, na lateral tem um sofá, o que torna um pouco difícil de jogar sinuca por "erro de cálculo " do espaço para os tacos.
Passamos um final de semana na chácara, quando chegamos os banheiros estava limpissimos,porém os colchões estavam com uma poeira bem grossa por cima.
A vista da área social na parte de cima do salão, é linda.
The arrival at the farm depends on a road of about 7 km of dirt, the road is very bad! When arriving at the farm, the social part is very beautiful. If you just want to spend the day it's great, but if you're looking for comfort for the family, I don't recommend it. Of the 4 rooms available you will find 1 room with access to the kitchen WITHOUT DOOR. Despite a large number of beds in the rooms, the mattresses are not the most comfortable. The table is outside in the social area, which makes cold days very difficult to share, in the middle of the room that connects the kitchen to the other kitchen has a pool table, which with a wooden board becomes a ping table pong, on the side has a sofa, which makes it a little difficult to play pool because of the "miscalculation" of the space for the clubs.
We spent a weekend at the farm, when we arrived the bathrooms were clean, but the mattresses had a very thick dust on top.
The view from the social area at the top of the hall is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar simplesmente incrível. Amplo, espaçoso e com uma vista maravilhosa. Tem campo de futebol, piscina com borda infinita e todos os itens necessários para uma excelente estadia. O local oferece total segurança e tranquilidade, pois está dentro de um condomínio e é cercado por matas, o que traz bastante paz! ótimo para descanso e ao mesmo tempo lazer. Eu recomendo!
Place simply amazing. Large, spacious and with a wonderful view. It has a soccer field, infinity pool and all the necessary items for a great stay. The place offers total security and tranquility, as it is inside a condominium and is surrounded by woods, which brings a lot of peace! great for rest and recreation at the same time. I recommend!

Excelente lugar para relaxar e até para trabalhar, pois o local possui internet boa e dá para trabalhar e estudar tranquilo.
Recomendo tanto para famílias, como grupos um pouco maiores!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa é grande, os quartos também e a piscina é linda, mas o encanamento da casa deve ter algum problema pois tem um retorno de cheiro do esgoto q as vezes aparece no quaeto e na area da churrasqueira. E os telhados tambem nao tem calha, o que diminui muito a area utilizavel da casa em dias de chuva. Impossivel usar a churrasqueira com chuva forte. E a estrada de acesso é pessima. A unica opçao é ir pela Raposo Tavares, mas mesmo assim em dias de chuva forte é impossivel transitar sem um 4x4

And the roofs also have no gutters, which greatly reduces the usable area of the house on rainy days. Impossible to use the grill in heavy rain. And the access road is terrible. The only option is to go through Raposo Tavares, but even so on days of heavy rain it is impossible to travel without a 4x4
