★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar tem um bom espaço, uma pena estar tão abandonado, infelizmente a proprietária não tem nem um pouco de ética, fala mal de todos que alugam a chácara.
Uma coisa e falar mal, outra e defamar as pessoas que alugam o espaço e culpar os outros pela falta de cuido e manutenção...
Deixo aqui minha observação e minha opinião negativa sobre o lugar pelo fato da proprietaria não ter ética, e pela falta de cuidados com a chácara em especial a piscina .
The place has a good space, a pity to be so abandoned, unfortunately the owner has not a bit of ethics, speaks ill of everyone who rent the farm.
One thing is to talk badly, another is to defame people who rent space and blame others for the lack of care and maintenance ...
I leave here my observation and my negative opinion about the place because the owner is unethical, and the lack of care with the farm especially the pool.
