★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom lugar, mas a piscina estava muito suja e o campo de futebol está com a cerca baixa e comprometida de forma que a bola cai em outros terrenos, o gramado não é dos melhores o gramado é ruim, torto, cheio de sementes e pedras, não é fofo e bem tratado, o espaço da churrasqueira é ok, e o tamanho chácara cabe cerca de 40 pessoas, mais do que isso já fica sem conforto
