★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de fácil acesso, porém sem manutenção ,piscina quebrada, não se tem privacidade para curtir o proprietário sobe o tempo todo para solicitar redução no som , isso em qualquer horário do dia , não existe utencilhos para utilização , higiene péssima no local , casa não é limpa ... Mas de fácil localização .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu aluguei para o ano novo achei o preço salgado pelo o estado do imóvel o dono deveria aplicar mas no local mesa de jogo mordida pelo os cachorros dele fora o cheiro forte no local muita barata nós quartos não tem tv internet não tem local para lava uma peça de roupa a lavanderia estava todo suja quebrada não tem eletro domésticos as tomadas antigas geladeira pequena vazando água mas felizmente fora isso nossa ano novo foi ótimo passa lá ambiente perfeito para família sossegado piscina ótima não tive problemas com o dono ele deixa minha família vontade no possível pq ele fico na casa de baixo amei o caseiros super atencioso voltarem a lugar outras vezes mas espero que o dono invista mas no local
I rented it for the new year I thought the price was salty due to the state of the property the owner should apply it but at the place a game table bitten by his dogs outside the strong smell in the place very cheap we rooms do not have tv internet there is no place to wash one piece of clothing the laundry room was all dirty broken there are no household appliances the old outlets small fridge leaking water but luckily other than that our new year was great go there perfect environment for family quiet great pool I had no problems with the owner he makes my family happy possible because he stays in the downstairs house I loved the super attentive caretakers to come back to the place other times but I hope the owner invests more in the place
