★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar maravilhoso, Caseiro extremamente profissional e receptivo, a casa em perfeito estado acomoda muito bem 20 pessoas, áreas externas ampla com bastante opção de diversão, e o ponto chave desta chácara realmente é a piscina, exatamente como nos vídeos e fotos postadas. Com certeza iremos mais vezes pois passamos um final de semana espetacular!
 Wonderful place, home-made extremely professional and receptive, the house in perfect condition accommodates 20 people very well, large outdoor areas with plenty of fun, and the key point of this farm really is the pool, exactly as in the videos and photos posted. We will definitely go more often as we spend a spectacular weekend!

A paisagem do local é muito bonita!!
Porém somente a PISCINA é o que tem de muito bom!
AS ACOMODAÇÕES SÃO MUITOOO RUIM.
São 2 quartos, (TEM UMA CAMA DE CASAL COM 2 COLHÕES ,UM É UM LiXO, IMUNDO RASGADO, eo outro SUPER VELHO!).NO OUTRO QUARTO 2 BELICHES , APERTADO, NA SALA TEM UMA PILHA DE COLCHÕES DE SOLTEIRO IMuNDOS, RASGADOS, UM NOJOOO!
Os banheiros NÃO TEM BOX, PISO, UM HORROR!!
E o PIORRRRR DE TUDO , A ESPOSA DO CASEIRO, (TOTALMENTE SEM EDUCAÇÃO! ) , ABORDA " CoNVIDADO " PARA MANDAR RECADO!!! PARA A PESSOA QUE LOCOU !! SEM SE QUER IDENTIFICAR!!??CAUSANDO UMA SITUAÇÃO SUPER DESAGrADÁVEL! ! Onde o CASEIRO , INTERVIU AGReSSIVAMeNTE COM UM CoNViDADO "" IDOSOOO"...

The landscape of the place is very beautiful!!
But only the SWIMMING POOL is very good!
ACCOMMODATIONS ARE VERY BAD.
There are 2 bedrooms, (IT HAS A DOUBLE BED WITH 2 SPOONS, ONE IS A RUBBISH, RIPPED RUBBISH, and the other SUPER OLD!). A NOJOOO!
The bathrooms DO NOT HAVE BOX, FLOOR, A HORROR!!
AND THE WORST OF ALL, THE HOUSEHOLD WIFE, (TOTALLY WITHOUT EDUCATION!), ADDRESS "GUEST" TO SEND A MESSAGE!!! FOR THE PERSON WHO LEASED!! WITHOUT WANT TO IDENTIFY!!?? CAUSING A SUPER UNPLEASANT SITUATION! ! Where the caretaker, AGGRESSIVELY INTERVITED WITH A GUEST "" ELDERLY"...
THEREFORE! I WOULD JAMAISSSSS LEASE THIS SPACE, BECAUSE VC SEARCH FOR, PAZZZ, AND FIND, ""HOME EMPLOYEES", THAT I DON'T KNOW THE INDOLE!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhoso esta chácara, tem toda infraestrutura, desde estacionamento com centenas de vagas, banheiros com chuveiro, mas tem que levar papel higiênico esses material de uso pessoal. Possuí 2 quartos, sendo um de casal que é suíte e o outro possuí duas beliches e diversos colchões, onde pode distribuir na sala e no corredor, tem uma TV, mas não usamos rsrs... Possuí Wi-fi que por sinal pega muito bem, infelizmente sinal de celular é péssimo, achei um sinal da vivo na frente da casa,onde consegui fazer ligação. Área de churrasqueira é perfeito e tem sala de jogos, com pimbolim e sinuca e o principal que é a piscina com área de adultos e tem de crianças também. O caseiro e sua esposa são super gente boa, muito prestativos. Detalhe pessoal, para alugar é necessário disponibilizar 500 reais para o caseiro em dinheiro, caso tenha alguma avaria na residência esse valor é para custear, caso não tenha nenhuma avaria o valor é devolvido no último dia, onde tem que chamar o caseiro e ele fará a vistoria. Em geral a chácara é maravilhosa e super recomendo
This farm is wonderful, it has all the infrastructure, from parking with hundreds of spaces, bathrooms with showers, but you have to take toilet paper and these materials for personal use. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double suite and the other has two bunk beds and several mattresses, which you can distribute in the living room and hallway, it has a TV, but we don't use it lol... It has Wi-fi which, by the way, catches a lot well, unfortunately cell phone signal is terrible, i found a live signal in front of the house, where i managed to make a call. Barbecue area is perfect and has a games room, with a pool table and a pool table and the main one is the swimming pool with an area for adults and children too. The caretaker and his wife are super nice people, very helpful. Personal detail, for rent it is necessary to provide 500 reais to the caretaker in cash, if there is any damage to the residence, this value is to cover, if there is no damage, the value is returned on the last day, where you have to call the caretaker and he will do it the survey. In general, the farm is wonderful and I highly recommend it.
