Possui uma piscina grande, tem churrasqueira, banheiros, diversos quartos com colchões, estacionamento e utensílios de cozinha, fogão, geladeira, freezer, televisão, mesa de sinuca. O proprietário do local aluga o espaço e também realiza a limpeza do local caso seja necessário.
