Pontos positivos:
1. Tem mesas e cadeiras (madeira);
2. Tem 1 freezer vertical (médio);
3. Várias suites;
4. Banheira com hidromassagem;
5. Salão de jogos e lareira;
6. Campo de futebol;
7. piscina, churrasqueira e banheiros num só ambiente;
8. Mega estacionamento;
9. Há aproximadamente 10 do centro de Cotia/sp;
10. Preço de acordo com o local e ambiente;
Pontos Negativos
1. Quadra é boa, mas não tem tela, todo jogo termina com a bola indo pro matagal;
2. Mesa de Pebolim está destruída, provavelmente as pessoas que alugaram outras vezes destruíram e não houve manutenção;
3. Piscina é pequena, mas ainda assim cabe de 15 a 20 pessoas de uma só vez e com folga;
4. Poderia ter Internet já que possui caseiro no local, ajudaria, pois o sinal de TV não ajuda muito;
5. Mesa de sinuca/snooker sem taco, novamente as pessoas que utilizaram não teve os cuidados necessários.Faltou o caseiro cobrar o prejuízo e repor o item avariado.
Nenhum dos pontos negativos impedem um dia agradável e divertido, mas com certos ajustes, manutençõe, traria uma experiência ainda melhor.

Strengths:

2. It has 1 vertical freezer (medium);
3. Several suites;
4. Bath with whirlpool;
5. Games room and fireplace;
6. Football field;
7. swimming pool, barbecue and restrooms in a single environment;
8. Mega parking lot;
9. There are approximately 10 from the center of Cotia/sp;
10. Price according to location and environment;
Negative points
1. Court is good, but there is no screen, every game ends with the ball going into the thicket;
2. Foosball table is destroyed, probably the people who rented it other times destroyed it and there was no maintenance;
3. Swimming pool is small, but still fits 15 to 20 people at once and with plenty of room;
4. It could have Internet since it has a home man on site, it would help, as the TV signal doesn't help much;
5. Pool/snooker table without cue, again the people who used it did not have the necessary care. The caretaker lacked to charge the damage and replace the damaged item.
None of the negatives prevent a pleasant and fun day, but with certain adjustments, maintenance, it would bring an even better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é agradável, porém, a casa necessita de manutenções essenciais, como limpeza da casa, manutenções das mesas do salão de jogos, manutenção da fiação dos chuveiros e dos ralos das piscinas que estão soltos e pode causar um acidente grave.
