★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achamos que o feriado de carnaval seria para descansar, se divertir, e que seria cumprido tudo o que foi acordado antes do pagamento. O imóvel não foi entregue nas condições adequadas.

Antes do pagamento, foi informado que teria todos os utensílios, eletrodomésticos e que o lugar era bem recomendado.
Pagamos com 1 mês de antecedência e foi a pior experiência que tive.
Além de ser bem destratada e constrangida por tentar garantir o que me foi passado previamente, a mesma ameaçou nos tirar da casa no dia seguinte depois de todos já estarem mal "instalados".
Em nenhum momento tentou se redimir ou desculpar pela falta das coisas. Eu não recomendo nem ao meu pior inimigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa família sempre aluga casa pra passar final de semana ou feriados e nunca alugamos uma casa pra ter tanta dor de cabeça. Olhamos a casa antes e foi acordado que teriam 3 quartos e quando chegamos tinha um quarto fechado, o fogão estavam quase todas as bocas entupidas, só foi colocado produto na piscina 1 vez sendo que passamos 4 Dias na casa, tem um refletor perto da piscina que deu choque em uma criança, no cachorro e em alguns adultos, a descarga quebrada ( que foi ajeitada pq no dia que chegamos fomos reclamar e a dona mandou alguém ir ajeitar) a geladeira só funciona o congelador, e além disso tudo fomos muito mal tratados pela dona do local que simplesmente não reconheceu seu erro e achou que não poderíamos reclamar, sendo que cumprimos com o combinado e pagamos o valor bem antes do dia. Enfim não recomendo pra ninguém esse local.
Our family always rents a house to spend the weekend or holidays and we never rent a house to have so much headache. We looked at the house before and it was agreed that they would have 3 bedrooms and when we arrived there was a closed room, the stove was almost all the burners clogged, product was only put in the pool 1 time and we spent 4 days in the house, there is a reflector near the pool that shocked a child, the dog and some adults, the broken flush (which was fixed because on the day we arrived we went to complain and the owner sent someone to go fix it) the fridge only works in the freezer, and besides that everything went very bad treated by the owner of the place who simply did not recognize her mistake and thought that we could not complain, and we fulfilled the agreement and paid the amount well before the day. All in all, I don't recommend this place to anyone.
