A good place for a party or socializing, has a whole structure with freezer, conventional stove, barbecue, soccer field, rooftop and outdoor area, and adult and children's pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito organizado e espaçoso com muitas vagas para estacionamento. Área verde com muitas árvores e bastante sombra. Tem campinho com barras grandes, playground, piscina adulto e infantil, 2 áreas cobertas, banheiros e cozinha.
Very organized and spacious place with lots of parking spaces. Green area with lots of trees and plenty of shade. It has a field with large bars, playground, swimming pool for adults and children, 2 covered areas, bathrooms and kitchen.
