★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro que se você observar os comentários positivos dessa página vai perceber que todos apareceram depois das reclamações negativas, seria isso uma coincidência??? O ambiente é realmente agradável , porém fomos furtados durante a noite e ao relatarmos o caso ao caseiro, o mesmo disse com todas as letras que NÃO ÉRAMOS O PRIMEIRO GRUPO a fazer esse tipo de reclamação, ao passar para o proprietário, o mesmo disse que faria o reembolso de acordo com o aluguel do sítio, passou a atender mal as ligações e a insinuar que NÓS poderíamos ter inventado toda essa história, as pessoas para esse FDS foram selecionadas e apenas família, é lógico que o furto nos lesa, mas realmente a falta de caráter do proprietário de querer assumir o incidente enquanto estávamos lá e logo depois nos acusar e evitar, mostra a real falta de caráter de senhor . FIQUEM DE OLHO ou não durmam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquem atentos, a chácara NÃO É SEGURA. Houve uma invasão no período da noite, enquanto todos dormiam. Por resultado, FOMOS FURTADOS. Entramos em contato com os responsáveis, informando todos os detalhes. Fomos informados de que NÃO ERA A PRIMEIRA VEZ QUE ISSO ACONTECIA. E ainda, o dono nos informou que prestaria o suporte necessário, nos reembolsando pelo ocorrido (isso no final de março), porém, depois de um tempo, parou até mesmo de atender as ligações. E no final, nada foi resolvido. Um descaso muito grande conosco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos para um final de semana entre familiares e infelizmente no último dia fomos furtados durante a madrugada. Alguns pertences como celular e óculos de sol foram furtados. Imediatamente avisamos o Caseiro, que reside na propriedade sobre o ocorrido e o mesmo colheu todas as informações possíveis para informar o dono. Isso foi no final de março e até o momento não tivemos sequer um respaldo do Sr. Waldemar, dono do local. É uma luta para ter algum contato, as poucas vezes que conseguimos falar o mesmo nos informou que iria de livre e espontânea vontade nos ressarcir, porém, até o momento não tivemos esse ressarcimento e cada ligação o prazo aumenta. E só estamos falando de bem materiais, pois até suprimentos nos furtaram. Vale ressaltar que não é a primeira vez que isso ocorre na chácara, pois já houveram outras reclamações de furto.

It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time this has occurred at the farm, as there have already been other complaints of theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sítio visual lindo, porém muito perigoso durante a noite. Estávamos sendo observados por ladrões durante a noite inteira, quando acordamos no dia seguintes percebemos que fomos roubados entraram no sítio e levaram celulares, óculos, bebidas, comidas, protetor solar e etc. Segundo o caseiro que cuida do sítio reportou que nós não fomos os primeiros a passar por isso porém o dono do sítio se comprometeu a arcar com o prejuízo e até agora nada! Desligou o telefone, não atende as ligações e quando atende é super grosso fala que estamos simulando que fomos roubados para querer ganhar dinheiro. ATENÇÃO não aluguem o dono do sítio pode estar envolvido com esses roubos que são frequentes, nunca vamos saber! PERIGOSO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PERIGOSO! NÃO ALUGUEM! Fomos furtados. O dono Sr. Waldemar não deu a mínima, ignorou nossas ligações. No início disse que iria reembolsar, depois não atendia mais as ligações. Um descaso total! Ficamos no prejuízo de 1 celular, 1 óculos de sol e mais alguns pertences como protetor solar, bebidas e comidas. Entraram na chácara de madrugada enquanto todos dormiam, olha o perigo! E o dono simplesmente não fez nada! Ainda insinuou que foi o grupo que tinha roubado, quando estavamos somente em família! NÃO ALUGUEM! Pois vocês podem ser as próximas vítimas! A infraestrutura da chácara é ótima, mas não tem segurança nenhuma e muito menos apoio e compreensão do dono Sr. Waldemar. O desgaste que tivemos foi realmente lamentável. Não fomos avisados previamente sobre a falta de segurança do local e mesmo com o boletim de ocorrência em mãos, não fomos ressarcidos do prejuízo que tivemos. Esse acontecimento ja vai fazer 2 meses, absurdo!

We lost 1 cell phone, 1 sunglasses and some other belongings like sunscreen, drinks and food. They entered the farm at dawn while everyone slept, look at the danger! And the owner just did nothing! He even hinted that it was the group that had stolen it, when we were just family! DO NOT RENT! Because you can be the next victims! The infrastructure of the farm is great, but it has no security and much less support and understanding from owner Mr. Waldemar. The wear and tear we had was really unfortunate. We were not previously informed about the lack of security at the site and even with the police report in hand, we were not compensated for the damage we had. This event will be 2 months old, absurd!
