A chácara pode ser alugada para eventos, feriados, retiros, etc. Possui vários apartamentos com ar condicionado, camas de boa qualidade e televisão, tudo novo e bem mantido. As opções de banho são uma pequena piscina e o Igarapé Ambé com água límpidas, geladas e fundo de areia. A jardinagem da chácara é um espetáculo à parte.
Very pleasant environment with good structure and comfort. The farm can be rented for events, holidays, retreats, etc. It has several apartments with air conditioning, good quality beds and television, all new and well maintained. The bathing options are a small pool and the Igarapé Ambé with clear, icy water and a sandy bottom. The gardening of the farm is a spectacle apart.
