The place is excellent. There are only fans on the balcony or a lining with a thermal blanket to be a cooler cover.

It is a very good place for those who want ta with the family. It is very spacious, it is very quiet too, for those who want to have parties there is a good space for this, the owner also very attentive. The only bad thing I found is that it has no near market at all I liked it!
