Farm located in a quiet place, clean pool, good barbecue and very spacious house. I recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa é ampla,espaçosa,a cozinha super bem equipada, área da churrasqueira 10 e área externa nem se fala,a piscina é o show a parte. Só poderiam trocar os colchões das camas pq estão velhos,e tem um buraco pequeno no teto de um dos quartos. Fora isso,valeu muito a pena. Em dias de chuva ou frio,dá pra jogar sinuca, Ping pong ou algum jogo na sala que é enorme. Voltaria novamente com certeza!!
The house is large, spacious, the kitchen is super well equipped, the barbecue area 10 and the outdoor area is not even mentioned, the pool is the show in itself. They could only change the mattresses of the beds because they are old, and there is a small hole in the ceiling of one of the rooms. Other than that, it was really worth it. On rainy or cold days, you can play pool, Ping pong or some game in the room that is huge. Would go back again for sure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte externa da casa é muito bonita, falta um espaço para uma quadra de vôlei de praia ou mesmo um campinho de futebol, também faltou uma estrutura de lazer próxima da piscina (mesa, cadeira e guarda sol).
Agora a casa é decepcionante. É péssima em manutenção e limpeza. A casa cheira mofo por conta das madeiras, é suja, os ralos dos banheiros demoram para descer a água (parecem que estão 80% entupidos), o quarto de cima está com o banheiro com a válvula da descarga quebrado, buraco no teto e ainda tem um casal de pássaros que mora no telhado que impede você de dormir.
Para completar, nos dias que estivemos, choveu e aí a casa teve goteiras.
O local tinha tudo para ser nota 5, mas falta de manutenção e limpeza é nota 0 :(
The outside of the house is very beautiful, it lacks a space for a beach volleyball court or even a soccer field, it also lacks a leisure structure near the pool (table, chair and umbrella).
Now the house is disappointing. It's bad at maintenance and cleaning. The house smells musty because of the wood, it's dirty, the drains in the bathrooms take a long time to drain (they seem to be 80% clogged), the upstairs bedroom has a broken toilet, a hole in the ceiling and yet there's a couple of birds that live on the roof that keep you from sleeping.
To top it off, on the days we were there, it rained and then the house leaked.
The place had everything to be grade 5, but lack of maintenance and cleanliness is grade 0 :(
