Slightly kept place, dirty bathroom, poor grills, very dirty pool, and musty smell in the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é excelente. Tem piscina, bom estacionamento, jogos e espaço para festa. Pode haver um pouco de dificuldade para chegar. Evitar Rua 1 se vier de São Paulo pela Indio Tibiriça. Há uma subida de areia com lombada que nem todo carro sobe e há riscos.
The place is excellent. It has a swimming pool, good parking, games and party space. There may be a little bit of difficulty to get there. Avoid Rua 1 if you come from São Paulo via Indio Tibiriça. There is a rise of sand with a spine that not every car goes up and there are risks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível! O sítio está em péssimo estado, sujo e nada conservado. O proprietário não teve nem o bom senso de limpar a piscina para utilizarmos. Colchões e quartos com cheiro insuportável de mofo.
São péssimos anfitriões, a proprietária não sabe respeitar o espaço e a privacidade dos que alugam.
E para fechar com chave de ouro, um dos proprietários disse que as frutas eram para consumir no local, que não era feira!!
Pessoas desse tipo não prosperam, deve ser por isso que o sítio está aos pedaços!!
Horrible experience! The place is in a bad state, dirty and nothing kept. The owner did not even have the good sense to clean the pool to use it. Mattresses and rooms with unbearable musty smell.
They are terrible hosts, the owner does not know how to respect the space and privacy of those who rent.
And to close with a golden key, one of the owners said that the fruits were to consume on the spot, it was not fair !!
People like that do not thrive, that must be why the place is in pieces !!

Cozy, wide, simple and well maintained! I was because of the company get together but I was really looking forward to coming back with family and friends! I will definitely be back!
