★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente aluga a chácara e vc não pode realizar o seu evento direito ,toda hora o(a) proprietária fica mandando mensagem pra diminuir o barulho, q não é para fazer barulho, porém aluguei uma chácara justamente para se ter privacidade e as crianças poderem curtir e brincar se fosse pra rezar eu tinha alugado uma igreja.
O espaço físico da chácara é top,tudo de bom,mas já que não pode fazer barulho ou ligar som já deveria ser avisado aos locadores.
We rent the farm and you can't hold your event properly, the owner keeps sending a message to reduce the noise, which is not to make noise, but I rented a farm just to have privacy and the children can enjoy and play if I was to pray I had rented a church.
The physical space of the farm is top, all the best, but since you cannot make noise or turn on sound, you should already be notified to the landlords.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local e bom. Um pouco afastado mas de fácil acesso. Precisa de manutenção e limpeza. Não basta locação atrás de locação tem que investir na conservação e limpeza.
