★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico nem recomendo esse espaço, péssimas instalações fora que quando chega a noite aparece um monte de bicho, tinha aranhas grande e rã também isso dentro dos quartos fora a iluminação que é péssima, sem contar a sujeira que estava, piscina imunda parecia que não ia ninguém a meses. O espaço é alugado para mais pessoas ao mesmo tempo você só saberá disso quando chegar.
I don't recommend or recommend this space, bad facilities outside that when the night comes, a lot of bugs appear, there were big spiders and frogs too, inside the rooms outside the lighting that is terrible, not to mention the dirt that was, filthy pool looked like it didn't no one went for months. The space is rented out to more people at the same time you won't know about it until you arrive.

A chácara não é exclusiva, pois o terreno possui outras casas que são alugadas separadamente, então se vc for achando que vai descansar esquece, pois vão ter 3 locações ao mesmo tempo, com 3 festas e pessoas desconhecidas (péssimo).... Como a entrada é única o portão ficou aberto o tempo todo, ficamos morrendo de medo. Além disso a cada que ficamos próximo ao campo de futebol possui péssimas acomodações, as janelas não fecham, vidros quebrados, portas emperradas e que não possuem fechaduras, ou seja, segurança Nota=0. Além de tudo isso, quando chegamos a piscina estava vazia e imunda ... O caseiro disse que no dia seguinte (sábado) chegaria a água para encher ... Mas só chegou depois das 13:00hrs... As crianças tiveram que brincar na piscina de adulto pq a infantil estava parecendo um espelho d'água e sujo. Tambem não tinha um guarda sol ou cobertura provisória p/ as crianças pequenas ficarem abrigadas do sol. A casa do possui um banheiro dentro das instalações, o outro vc tem que sair p fora p usar .. a área externa é mau iluminada e com piso irregular, várias pessoas tropeçaram a noite. A única coisa boa que tem nessa casa são os colchões que possuem uma capa protetora de vinil.
Não volto mais e nem recomendo ... Aconselho sempre visitarem as instalações antes da locação, pois fizemos sem a visita prévia e deu nisso!

The farm is not exclusive, as the land has other houses that are rented separately, so if you think you are going to rest, forget it, as there will be 3 locations at the same time, with 3 parties and unknown people (very bad).... How the entrance is unique the gate was open all the time, we were scared to death. In addition, every time we stay close to the soccer field, it has terrible accommodations, windows do not close, broken glass, jammed doors and that do not have locks, that is, security Score=0. In addition to all that, when we arrived the pool was empty and filthy... The caretaker said that the next day (Saturday) there would be water to fill... But it only arrived after 13:00... The children had to play in the adult pool because the children's pool was looking like a mirror of water and dirty. There was also no umbrella or temporary cover for small children to be out of the sun. The house has a bathroom inside the premises, the other one you have to go outside to use .. the outside area is poorly lit and has an uneven floor, several people tripped during the night. The only good thing in this house are the mattresses that have a protective vinyl cover.
I won't be back and I won't even recommend it... I always advise you to visit the facilities before the lease, as we did it without the previous visit and that's what happened!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior chácara que já fui, quartos com péssimas acomodações pois estavam em construção o espaço não foi msm mostrado na hora da visita chácara alugada para várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo, portas dos quartos não fecham, sem falar nos bichos que apareceram para participar da festa e dormir com as crianças muitas aranhas enormes e sapos, foi alugado a chácara para um casamento e na parte de cima para uma família evangélica que ficou reclamando do nosso som, os donos deveriam pensar antes de alugar e avisar as pessoas que são várias casas que eles alugam no mesmo terreno. Nós tivemos que limpar a piscina pra poder usar.nota 0 fecharam a água por algumas horaspodem ter certeza quem alugar vai se arrepender não recomendo
Worst farm I've ever been, rooms with bad accommodations because they were under construction the space was not even shown at the time of the visit farm rented to several people at the same time, room doors don't close, not to mention the animals that showed up to participate in the party and sleeping with the children a lot of huge spiders and frogs, the farm was rented for a wedding and in the upper part to an evangelical family who kept complaining about our sound, the owners should think before renting and warn people that there are several houses that they rent on the same land.
