★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chacara muito boa para passar final de semana com a familia ou com amigos, area verde e vista bonita, piscina espaçosa, porém não comporta mais que trinta pessoas, e também não tem ambiente interno, nao tem quartos para tirar uma soneca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localizada em um local muito bom, alto e com temperaturas agradáveis. Á chácara necessita de uma reforma para moderniza-la. O estacionamento é bem espaçoso. O local fica em um conglomerado de chácaras, aumentando a segurança. Falta tb uma cobertura externa. Todos empreendimentos devem se atualizar e modernizar suas estruturas, pois o mercado exige.
Located in a very good place, high and with pleasant temperatures. The farm needs a renovation to modernize it. The parking is very spacious. The site is in a conglomerate of farms, increasing security. There is also an external cover missing. All projects must update and modernize their structures, as the market demands.
