★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos surpresos não poder usar a Cozinha e Sala principal da casa. No anúncio do site Airbnb constava locação de Casa INTEIRA, ou seja, entendo que dá o direito em fazer uso total da casa. Porém, o anfitrião, ao recepcionarmos na chácara disse que não poderíamos fazer uso da Cozinha e Sala principal da casa. Diariamente acessavamos os quartos por fora e nos reuníamos na área da churrasqueira e salão de jogos. Não havia maiores descrições detalhadas de forma taxativa que não poderíamos usar aqueles espaços da casa principal. Detalhe, estávamos com 5 crianças e uma idosa de 92 anos com dificuldades de locomoção. Ainda, contudo isso, o anfitrião não liderou aqueles espaços. Por Deus, não foram dias frios e nem chuvosos. Sem contar que nos dois dias que ficamos na chácara, eu, convidado do locatário, no meu descanso e por sinal muito bem pago, fiquei colocando ração e água para os animais e aves da propriedade, pra ajudar, um dos cães estava preso na porta do canil e eu tive que acionar o anfitrião e ainda ter que aguardar um de seus vizinhos para vir ajudar a resolver esse problema. Nunca mais voltaremos a este lugar, não recomendo. Faltou compaixão e amor ao próximo pela parte do anfitrião.
We were surprised not to be able to use the kitchen and main room of the house. The announcement of the Airbnb website included the rental of a WHOLE House, that is, I understand that it gives the right to make full use of the house. However, the host, upon receiving at the farm, said that we could not use the kitchen and main room of the house. Daily we accessed the rooms from the outside and met in the barbecue area and games room. There were no greater detailed descriptions in a definitive way that we could not use those spaces in the main house. Detail, we were with 5 children and a 92-year-old woman with limited mobility. Yet, however, the host did not lead those spaces. By God, it wasn't a cold or rainy day. Not to mention that in the two days we stayed at the farm, I, a guest of the tenant, on my rest and by the way paid very well, I was putting food and water for the animals and birds of the property, to help, one of the dogs was stuck at the door from the kennel and I had to call the host and still have to wait for one of his neighbors to come and help solve this problem. We will never return to this place, I do not recommend it. There was a lack of compassion and love for neighbor by the host.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INCRÍVEL! Chácara é maravilhosa, tem muito espaço e proporciona a melhor experiência. Destaco alguns pontos:
1) Hospitalidade: Zé Luis é uma pessoa muito hospitaleira, não mede esforços para agradar os visitantes. No meu caso estava sempre presente e conferindo se tudo estava em ordem, foi até a cidade para conseguir carvão para nosso churrasco, deu dicas e contou historias sobre o local. Gentilmente montou o escorregador lona na grama para as crianças brincarem. Foi impressionante sua atenção.
2) Acomodações: Tem muitas camas com o lençol, é preciso levar travesseiros e cobertas. Mas há muitas camas, redes, espeguiçadeiras, etc. A cozinha não falta nada, como era um sítio funcional de uso da família do Zé, existem inúmeras panelas, copos, vasilhas, batedeira, liquidificador, talheres, tomadas 110v e 220v etc.
3) Alimentação: Amplas opções de cardápio. Tem churrasqueira, fogão mineiro, forno, fogão industrial, 2 refrigeradores e 1 freezer, panelas de ferro e barro, fogão a gás, equipamento pra costela no bafo, fogo de chão, e até disco de arado para alguma bisteca no disco. Usamos todos.
4) Estrutura: Banheiro limpos, quartos com suíte, diarista à disposição, sala de jogos com bilhar, pebolin, TVs (somente o aparelho, precisa levar video game ou conectar o PC no HDMI), jogo de poker, baralhos, parque de diversões para crianças, casa de bonecas, campo de futebol, volei, piscina, mesas e guarda sol distribuidos no gramado. Há até um galinheiro para comer alguns ovos frescos, bem como uma horta com alface, cebolinha, pimenta, salsinha etc. Pudemos colher os vegetais e aproveitar durante nossa estada.
Em resumo, já fiquei em vários lugares mas este especificamente impressionou pela qualidade do suporte e também da estrutura. Voltaremos certamente!
INCREDIBLE! Chácara is wonderful, has lots of space and provides the best experience. I highlight some points:
1) Hospitality: Zé Luis is a very hospitable person, goes to great lengths to please visitors. In my case he was always present and checking that everything was in order, he went to the city to get charcoal for our barbecue, gave tips and told stories about the place. Gently mounted the canvas slide on the grass for the children to play. Your attention was impressive.
2) Accommodations: There are many beds with the sheet, you need to bring pillows and covers. But there are many beds, hammocks, sunbeds, etc. The kitchen is not lacking, as it was a functional place for the Zé family to use, there are countless pots, glasses, bowls, mixer, blender, cutlery, 110v and 220v outlets etc.
3) Food: Wide menu options. There is a barbecue, a mining stove, an oven, an industrial stove, 2 refrigerators and a freezer, iron and clay pots, gas stove, equipment for the breath, ground fire, and even a plow disk for some steak on the disk. We use them all.
4) Structure: Clean bathrooms, en-suite rooms, daily cleaner available, games room with billiards, pebolin, TVs (only the device, you need to bring a video game or connect the PC to HDMI), poker game, playing cards, amusement park for children, dollhouse, soccer field, volleyball, swimming pool, tables and parasols distributed on the lawn. There is even a chicken coop to eat some fresh eggs, as well as a vegetable garden with lettuce, chives, pepper, parsley etc. We were able to harvest the vegetables and enjoy them during our stay.
In summary, I have stayed in several places but this one specifically impressed by the quality of the support and also the structure. We will certainly be back!
