 It was terrible because I had to go to the hospital to help a relative, I stayed for less than 10 minutes and they still charged me! I'm not coming back to this place!

Para quem não fuma, é difícil ficar em um quarto que passou um fumante.
A própria camareira fuma.
Se o casal anterior já estava fumando, a camareira vem e completa o serviço.
Instalações ruins e faltando manutenção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no hotel muito ruim o atendimento pelo telefone vc estando lá pra pedir um prato e na saída quiseram cobrar algo que não pegamos pra ver como e a organização de camareira e portaria . E agora como acabei de ligar pedindo informações pelo dia dos namorados .
A senhora muito sem querer trabalhar falando que tinha um site que faz reserva por todo mundo que era pra entrar e tentar reservar. Sem informação nenhuma e ignorante .
