★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar encantador, lindo o designer traz lembranças dos restaurantes lindíssimos de Gramado RS. Os pratos são deliciosos e o suco de uvaia é perfeito. Mas infelizmente os funcionários não são carismático com os clientes. Nós dias que estão cheios, sem mesas para comportar os clientes, não tem uma recepção calorosa. Deixa os clientes (esperando, sem saber para onde ir) na porta. Deveria ter alguém pelo menos aos sábados para receber, dá boas vindas, se não tiver mesa direcionar os clientes até o bar até surgir uma mesa e não deixar os clientes perdidos na porta. É apenas uma crítica construtiva para deixar o ambiente perfeito. Quem sabe os funcionários passa por um treinamento?! Será perfeito para deixar o chalé encantador.
Charming, beautiful place the designer brings memories of the beautiful restaurants in Gramado RS. The dishes are delicious and the uvaia juice is perfect. But unfortunately the staff are not charismatic with customers. On days that are full, without tables to accommodate customers, you don't have a warm welcome. Leaves customers (waiting, not knowing where to go) at the door. There should be someone at least on Saturdays to receive, welcome, if there is no table direct customers to the bar until a table appears and not leave customers lost at the door. It's just constructive criticism to make the environment perfect. Who knows the employees go through training?! It will be perfect to make the chalet charming.
