Aqui vai um aviso, em caso de cotar e fechar a estadia, faze-lo sempre com a Dona Vera. O filho dela, Paulo, também faz o contato, porém, cobra mais caro e não repassa o valor pra ela, é um sujeito de caráter muito duvidoso, tem vendido promoções em sites de compra coletiva sem o consentimento da mãe.
Fechando com a dona Vera não vai se arrepender, lugar muito bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local tranquilo, limpo, ótima localização, proprietária muito atenciosa, todos os utensílios de cozinha disponíveis, geladeira limpa e funcionando. pontos negativos, colchão feito de pedra (só pode) muito duro, estacionamento praticamente na rua e ouvi barulho de ratos no soton.

Área de lazer com churrasqueira, pia, ducha e tudo mais.Tudo muito bem limpo. Gostei muito......Dona Vera é muito receptiva.... Super recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um lugar bemmmm basiquinho, não tem muita estrutura, por exemplo, não tem suporte para toalha no banheiro, não tem ferro para passar roupa, não tem ar condicionado, as vagas de carro são bem pequenas e é necessário saber manobrar para tirar o carro kk, check in e checkout não são negociáveis com o dono o que foi bem chato! Pelo valor e acaso você não fique no quarto o dia todo, até que compensa sim! Levar sabonete, roupa de cama, toalhas e papel higiênico!
