Fui com minha namorada no horário do almoço, o senhor Oussama além de ser extremamente cortês, tem uma forma simples de ser, depois da refeição conversamos um pouco e ele nos contou um pouco sobre a cultura de seu país, o Líbano.
Os temperos são deliciosos, os ingredientea frescos, nós acompanhamos enquanto ele realizava o preparo do pão (mais fresco impossível) e demais pratos. Até as bebidas estavam deliciosas, suco de Damasco, e uma Limonada que nao recordo o nome agora.
Pasta de homus, Shawarma, esfiha com Zaatar, cada prato melhor do que o outro.
Nós não conseguimos falar de nada além do sabor da comida enquanto estavamos comendo kkk
O Ambiente é simples e acolhedor, tem muitas menções a cultura do senhor Oussama. Até as músicas que ele colocou pra tocar enquanto cozinhava parecem trazer um pedacinho de lá.
Super recomendo. Desejo muito sucesso e parabenizo pela experiência eu achei verdadeiramente maravilhoso poder comer no Cham.

I went with my girlfriend at lunch time, Mr. Oussama, besides being extremely courteous, has a simple way of being, after the meal we talked a little and he told us a little about the culture of his country, Lebanon.
The seasonings are delicious, the ingredients are fresh, we watched him while he prepared the bread (freshest impossible) and other dishes. Even the drinks were delicious, apricot juice, and a lemonade that I can't remember the name of right now.
Hummus paste, Shawarma, esfiha with Zaatar, each dish better than the last.
We couldn't talk about anything other than the taste of the food while we were eating lol
The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with many references to Mr. Oussama's culture. Even the songs he played while he was cooking seem to bring a little bit of there.
I highly recommend. I wish you much success and congratulate you on the experience I found it truly wonderful to be able to eat at Cham.
