★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sem geladeira a 3 messes. Mandei por achei que a autorizada resolveria o meu problema. Tive foi mais dor de cabeça e o dinheiro para eu pagar outra paguei o conserto e estou sem geladeira até hoje. Não recomendo a marca Electrolux e muito menos a autorizada que não tem compromisso com o cliente e seu prazo
 I have no refrigerator for 3 months. I sent it because I thought the authorized one would solve my problem. I had more headaches and the money for me to pay for another one I paid for the repair and I still don't have a fridge today. I do not recommend the Electrolux brand, much less the authorized one that has no commitment to the customer and its term.

Estou com um eletrodoméstico há 01 ano (isso mesmo, UM ANO) e não consigo resolução, nem mesmo uma posição por parte da “Chama Lar”. P-É-S-S-I-M-O serviço prestado! Desaconselho para qualquer um que venha precisar do seu serviço. Pela quantidade de avaliações negativas seria plausível encaminhar e-mail ou entrar em contato direto com o SAC das revendedoras para essa empresa deixar de ser autorizada em Varginha
The total disregard of “Chama Lar” with its customer is impressive. I've had an appliance for 01 year (that's right, ONE YEAR) and I can't get a resolution, not even a position on the part of “Chama Lar”. P-IS-S-S-I-M-The service provided! I advise against anyone who may need your service. Due to the amount of negative evaluations, it would be plausible to send an email or contact the SAC of the resellers so that this company is no longer authorized in Varginha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido no conserto de aparelhos de ar condicionado pelo técnico Wilker: excelente! Em outra ocasião, para a máquina de lavar louças o técnico Paulo também prestou serviço altamente profissional. No conserto do fogão os dois outros técnicos foram também impecáveis. Ainda não tive experiência negativa com os técnicos. Já o setor administrativo pode melhorar. Uma placa de comando da lava-louça não foi comandada a tempo e o serviço levou muito mais tempo para ficar pronto apesar dos meus telefonemas insistentes para saber o que estava acontecendo. O setor de agendamento também anda em descompasso com o setor técnico. Marquei pelo telefone e nas três ocasiões agendadas os técnicos não puderam comparecer - por excesso de serviço. Achei o preço das peças caras, mas não posso fazer comparação em relação ao custp/benefício sem ter pesquisado em outros estabelecimentos. No geral a nota é boa porque os técnicos vieram e resolveram.

A dishwasher command board was not commanded in time and the service took much longer to get ready despite my insistent calls to find out what was going on. The scheduling sector is also out of step with the technical sector. I booked by phone and on the three scheduled occasions the technicians were unable to attend - due to over-service. I found the price of the pieces expensive, but I can't make a comparison in relation to the cost / benefit without having researched in other establishments. Overall the grade is good because the technicians came and solved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior besteira que fiz foi ter mandado par essa autorizada. Estou com uma O.S aberta desde janeiro onde me passaram 3 diagnósticos com 3 orçamentos diferentes. Cada hora era uma coisa. Primeiro seria o gabinete, segunda vez seria apenas o gás e terceira trocaram o compressor ondem gastei R$1000,00 no conserto de uma geladeira que já foi e voltou com o mesmo problema 3 vezes. Sem sucesso. Da primeira vez minha geladeira voltou e funciou por 6 dias. Agora desta foi pior 48 horas. E já se vai ela para assistência novamente. Antes tivesse jogado fora e comprado outra. Mandamos para assistência pois confiamos que seria o local mais adequado para solução do problema mas já vimos que não. Minha geladeira volta vai voltar para assistência com o mesmo problema. Resumindo. Em quase 3 messes eles ainda não descobriram o real problema. Paguei por uma suposição de que seria o compressor e estou sem geladeira desde janeiro.
Worst nonsense I did was to send that authorized. I have had an O.S open since January where I was given 3 diagnoses with 3 different budgets. Each hour was one thing. Unsuccessfully. The first time my refrigerator came back and worked for 6 days. Now it was worse 48 hours. And she's gone for assistance again. Before I had thrown it away and bought another one. We sent for assistance because we trust that it would be the most suitable place to solve the problem, but we have already seen that it is not. My back fridge will go back for assistance with the same problem. In short. In almost 3 months they have not yet discovered the real problem. I paid for an assumption that it would be the compressor and I have had no refrigerator since January.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, são muito enrolados, alguns funcionários não dão informações corretas, além de tudo se vc precisar falar com o gerente, as atendentes tem N mentiras para contar, afim de não deixar vc ter contato com o gerente.
Poor service, they are very messed up, some employees do not give correct information, and if you need to talk to the manager, the attendants have N lies to tell, in order not to let you have contact with the manager.
