Senti firmeza no Marcelo, que foi honesto e explicou bem os procedimentos que seriam feitos (desamassar caixa de ar, instalar insulfim e retocar pintura em dois pontos). Na parte do parachoque, de início ele disse que não valeria à pena, pois ficaria um pouco manchado e não aparecia muito. Gostei da honestidade. No entanto, depois de ver que a pigmentação encomendada para o outro ponto estava quase idêntica, ele ofereceu o serviço, aceitei e ficou perfeito. Os funcionários também parecem bem educados e competentes.
Fora isso, entregou o carro no prazo exato combinado, sempre com transparência.
Great service and fair price. I felt firm in Marcelo, who was honest and explained well the procedures that would be done (unmasking the air box, installing insulfin and touching up paint in two points). In the part of the bumper, at first he said it would not be worth it, because it would be a little stained and did not appear much. I liked the honesty. However, after seeing that the pigmentation ordered for the other point was almost identical, he offered the service, accepted and was perfect. The employees also seem well educated and competent.
Other than that, he delivered the car on the exact deadline agreed, always with transparency.

Fui excelentemente atendido pelo Marcelo e equipe. O produto que a Champion comercializa - Pneus Michelin, dispensa comentários. Utilizo sempre essa marca de pneus e jamais me arrependi. Na Champion Centro Automotivo encontrei profissionais de alto nível técnico, cuidadosos com o veículo e seus equipamentos e acessórios, e super atenciosos com os clientes. Não ficam tentando impor ao cliente serviços desnecessários para aumentar a conta a pagar, e os preços dos pneus e serviços executados são justos. Tivesse aqui dez estrelas, certamente eu atribuiria. Só tenho elogios para a Champion Centro Automotivo, para o Marcelo e toda a sua equipe, assim como para os pneus Michelin.
After a disastrous experience some time ago, in another company representing the Michelin tire brand in Brasília-DF, I researched and found Champion Centro Automotivo, in section 2 of the SIA. I was excellently attended by Marcelo and his team. The product that Champion sells - Michelin Tires, needs no comments. I always use this brand of tires and have never regretted it. At Champion Centro Automotivo I found professionals with a high technical level, careful with the vehicle and its equipment and accessories, and super attentive to customers. They are not trying to impose unnecessary services on the customer to increase the bill, and the prices of tires and services performed are fair. If there were ten stars here, I would certainly give it. I have nothing but praise for Champion Centro Automotivo, for Marcelo and his entire team, as well as for the Michelin tyres.
