★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa cancelou minha compra mesmo eu tendo feito o pagamento. Liguei para reclamar e fui pessimamente atendido. Mesmo não tendo mais interesse em continuar negociando com o estabelecimento, fui obrigado a manter a compra para não perder dinheiro e ter ainda mais dor de cabeça. O atendimento é de péssima qualidade e a falta de respeito com o cliente nem merece comentários. Nãocomendo a ninguém.
The company canceled my purchase even though I made the payment. I called to complain and was horribly attended to. Even though I was no longer interested in continuing to negotiate with the establishment, I was forced to keep buying so as not to lose money and have even more headaches. The service is of poor quality and the lack of respect with the customer doesn't even deserve comments. I don't eat anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra de dólares via site com ted bancário, retirada pessoalmente em uma das lojas indicadas pelo site, a princípio fizeram uma confusão com isso, porém resolvi pelo 0800 deles que me atenderam imediatamente e solucionaram o problema, deu tudo certo dentro do esperado, recomendo a compra pois foi a cotação mais barata que achei no dia!!!

Comprei 800 euros nesse tal de Cambiar, mas antes de comprar, informei ao atendente que teria viagem marcada e questionei-o se caso comprasse na quarta feira da semana passada, eles entregariam para mim a tempo...o mesmo garantiu que sim...no fim, não me entregaram, liguei várias vezes na cambiar para saber em que pé estava a entrega, e ninguém soube me informar...amanhã mesmo irei ao Procon...não caiam nessa de comprar na Cambiar
Terrible!!!!!!
