Com pouco estudo, mas muita coragem, “Seu Otacilio” deixou suas raízes em Várzea Alegre, interior do Ceará, para, junto com sua esposa Rosa Amélia, e seus filhos, concretizar seu sonho de empreender na cidade grande.
Fundada em 27 de Outubro de 1965 em Fortaleza, pelo patriarca e seus dois filhos mais velhos – José Wiron e Luiz Carlos – a Confiança Mudanças e Transportes é uma empresa pioneira no segmento no país, sendo de origem genuinamente cearense. Com o passar de alguns anos, seus outros quatro filhos, Maria Lúcia, Ednólia Correia, Joaquim Honório e Luiz Helder integraram o grupo, compondo a Diretoria da Confiança Mudanças.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado. Eles definitivamente NÃO são de confiança. Fiz uma mudança com eles e NUNCA MAIS repetirei esse erro, pois furtaram minhas cortinas na cara dura. Quando acabou a mudança, eu senti que faltava alguma coisa, mas não sabia o que era. Eu pedi para olhar o baú do caminhão para ver se tinha sobrado alguma coisa, mas havia apenas os cobertores que eles usaram para ajudar a arrastar alguns móveis. Normalmente, depois que acabam de usar esses cobertores molengas, eles jogam de qualquer jeito dentro do caminhão ou dobram e fazem uma pilha, mas eu reparei que aqueles estavam enrolados de comprido. Não falei nada porque poderia ser o jeito deles organizarem os cobertores ( apesar da pressa que eles estavam de ir embora). Mal sabia eu que as minhas 6 cortinas rollon estavam dentro deles. Só dei por falta delas no dia seguinte, quando liguei para empresa para falar com o gerente de vendas, que foi quem me vendeu o serviço deles de mudança. Ele disse que não sabia de nada mas que iria verificar com a equipe. É óbvio que eu já sabia qual seria a resposta... nessa hora, não foi ninguém né... são todos muito bonzinhos, muito honestos...
FUJAM DESSA EMPRESA.
Caution. They are definitely NOT to be trusted. I made a change with them and I will NEVER repeat that mistake, because they stole my curtains in my face. When the change ended, I felt that something was missing, but I didn't know what it was. I asked to look in the trunk of the truck to see if there was anything left, but there were only the blankets they used to help move some furniture. Normally, after they're done using these floppy blankets, they'll throw them anyway into the truck or fold and make a pile, but I noticed that those were rolled up long. I didn't say anything because it might be their way of organizing the blankets (despite the rush they were in to leave). Little did I know that my 6 rollon curtains were inside them. I only found them missing the next day, when I called the company to speak with the sales manager, who was the one who sold me their moving service. He said he didn't know anything but would check with the team. It's obvious that I already knew what the answer would be... at that time, it wasn't anyone, right... they're all very nice, very honest...
RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Paguei seguro para minha mudança, minha televisão chegou quebrada e eles não me respondem mais. Me bloquearam e não consigo mais contato com eles. Uma FRAUDE.
Terrible attendance. I paid insurance for my move, my television arrived broken and they don't answer me anymore. They blocked me and I can't contact them anymore. A FRAUD.
