Manchou, despedaçou a minha franja e meu cabelo estava praticamente virgem.
Estou indo em outro salão pra tentar recupera-lo mais está difícil.

Meu histórico. Cabelo natural sem química alguma, prático a (cinco) anos cronograma capilar, com produtos da Joico, Wella, Kérastase e Loreal profissional, ou seja, tinha um cabelo saudável, cacheado 3b e comprimento na cintura.
Fiz morena iluminada e no lavatório depois das luzes foi usado o produto do instituto embeleze hidratação e nutrição.
Resultado: Cabelo emborrachado caindo, quebrando na mão e quando questionei o Ale Lange, enquanto escovava e quebrava, o mesmo me disse: que eu tinha muito cabelo, e não faria falta tudo que estava caindo.
Voltei a questionar ele, e fui acusada de não cuidar do cabelo!
O cabelo caia na minha mão sem fazer nenhum esforço. Tive perda de uma mecha grande.
Fiquei indignada e pedi ajuda para algum tratamento para recuperar , ele disse que somente CORTE, não teria produto que recupere. Em nenhum momento me foi oferecido uma reconstrução para amenizar o estrago causado!
Fui para casa sem saber o que fazer, fiquei vários dias pesquisando tive que passar com outros profissionais que me orientaram. Todos que viram o estado do meu cabelo ficara impactado com o estrago de uma SIMPLES morena iluminada!
Até hoje já gastei em média R$1500 entre produtos e profissionais para não ficar careca.

My history. Natural hair without any chemicals, practical for a (five) years, with products from Joico, Wella, Kérastase and Loreal professional, that is, it had healthy hair, curly 3b and length at the waist.
I made lighted brunette and in the washbasin after the lights was used the product of the institute to beautify hydration and nutrition.
Result: Rubberized hair falling out, breaking in my hand and when I questioned AleLange, while brushing and breaking, he told me: I had a lot of hair, and I wouldn't miss everything that was falling out.
I questioned him again, and was accused of not taking care of my hair!
The hair fell into my hand without making any effort. I lost a large lock.
I was indignant and asked for help for some treatment to recover, he said that only CUT, there would be no product that would recover. At no time was I offered a rebuild to alleviate the damage done!
I went home not knowing what to do, I spent several days researching and had to spend time with other professionals who guided me. Anyone who saw the state of my hair will be impacted by the damage of a SIMPLE lighted brunette!
To date, I have spent an average of R$1500 on products and professionals to keep from going bald.

Não indico a ninguém!!
mal atendimento, super caro e ainda fazem mal feito…começam e te deixa esperando (DETALHE: fiquei quase 4 HORAS para fazer um botox e o salão estava VAZIO ).
Minha mãe fez luzes nesse local, pagou 700 reais p as funcionárias arrancarem 3 tufos do cabelo dela.
Não vale a pena e não indica a ninguém.!

bad service, super expensive and they still do it poorly…they start and leave you waiting (DETAIL: I spent almost 4 HOURS to have a botox and the salon was EMPTY).
My mother did highlights in this place, paid 700 reais for the employees to pull out 3 tufts of her hair.
Not worth it and don't recommend it to anyone!
