★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente um pouco aquém do que esperava mas o atendimento é bom e os hambúrgueres são bons, achei um pouco caro por conta da estrutura, são preços cobrados em shoppings, por exemplo. Mas fora isso nada a reclamar.
Atmosphere a little short of what I expected but the service is good and the hamburgers are good, I found it a little expensive because of the structure, prices are charged in shopping malls, for example. But there was nothing to complain about.

Pensei que fosse do dia, mas pela segunda vez passei por situação vexatória nessa lanchonete.
E sempre com a mesma funcionária.
Chega a ser cômico que eu PAGUEI para esse serviço.
Hoje, por exemplo, fui agredida verbalmente por ter pedido o RECIBO do pagamento, pois já fui enganada e pedi para guardar como faço sempre.
A atendente depois de desferir toda a sua arrogância e prepotência no retorno a mesa e na frente de todos os clientes, ainda disse: veja airaí seu recibo na tela, você quer o quê agora, um print? O que mais?
É impressionante a falta de profissionalismo e a má gerência do lugar.
Ainda me custa acreditar que eu não filmei a situação para tomar outras medidas.
Mas fica aqui o aviso: COMIDA RAZOÁVEL, CARA E O PIOR ATENDIMENTO DE CAUCAIA.
VERGONHA!

And always with the same employee.
It's comical that I PAID for this service.
Today, for example, I was verbally abused for having asked for the payment RECEIPT, as I was already deceived and asked to keep it as I always do.
The attendant after giving all her arrogance and arrogance when returning to the table and in front of all the customers, still said: look at your receipt on the screen, what do you want now, a print? What else?
The lack of professionalism and poor management of the place is impressive.
It's still hard for me to believe that I didn't film the situation to take other steps.
But here's the warning: REASONABLE FOOD, EXPENSIVE AND THE WORST SERVICE IN CAUCAIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente é legal, bem ventilado por ser ao ar livre, musica boa na tv, so achei a carne um pouxo crua e eles não parcelam no cartão de crédito.
Environment is nice, well ventilated for being outdoors, good music on TV, I just found the meat a little raw and they don't pay in installments on the credit card.

Obs: Tenho alergia a proteína do leite e derivados, sempre que eu faço pedidos eles são bem cuidadosos com meu pedido, nunca tive problemas com eles. ??
Super nice and comfortable establishment. Excellent menu, attentive staff and a super clean bathroom. I go to and recommend it to friends.
Note: I have an allergy to milk protein and derivatives, whenever I place orders they are very careful with my order, I never had any problems with them. ??
