Não cumpre os prazos.
Por 2 vezes marcaram hora pra entrega e não cumpriram.
Da primeira vez liguei às 09hs da manhã, quando fui buscar eles ainda não tinham cortado. Fiquei de voltar em 30 minutos, quando voltei, além de ainda não terem cortado meus vidros, ainda estavam atendendo outros clientes antes de meu pedido.
Aguardei pois era uma emergência. Cortaram às pressas e os vidros, que eram pra um aquário, saíram fora de esquadro, me fazendo gastar muito mais silicone que o necessário pra "tapar" as frestas por falta de esquadro.
Da segunda vez, liguei por volta de 11hs e fiz nova encomenda. Marcaram pra buscar às 13:30hs.
Quando fui buscar, novamente não haviam cortado meus vidros. Mas dessa vez, não era emergencial, cancelei o pedido e busquei novo fornecedor.
Os preços são os mesmps dos outros locais, então, não justifica passar raiva.

You don't meet the deadlines.
Twice they made an appointment for delivery and did not comply.
The first time I called at 9am in the morning, when I went to get them they still hadn't cut it. I was back in 30 minutes, when I came back, in addition to not having cut my glasses, they were still serving other customers before my order.
I waited because it was an emergency. They hastily cut and the glasses, which were for an aquarium, came out of square, making me spend a lot more silicone than necessary to "cover" the cracks due to lack of square.
The second time, I called around 11 am and placed a new order. They scheduled to pick up at 13: 30hs.
When I went to get it, they hadn't cut my glass again. But this time, it was not an emergency, I canceled the order and looked for a new supplier.
Prices are the same as other locations, so there is no reason to be angry.

Simplesmente péssimo, não indico. Não percam tempo.
