 Very bad service they just want to make money condemning parts and then they charge to do the services. and everything else is more expensive.

We were unable to schedule the service, on Monday Carrefour said it would be open until 5pm. I wasn't there and on Wednesday no one answered the phone. At 16:00, as we were short on time, we decided to look for another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais de confiança, só trocam peças se realmente estiverem desgastadas, mostram p/ cliente a real necessidade da substituição da peça, ser for o caso. Sou cliente a um ano, e fico muito satisfeito com o serviço. Agilidade nos serviços, e o preço tbm é bom.
Trusted professionals, only change parts if they are really worn, show the customer the real need to replace the part, if applicable. I have been a customer for a year, and I am very satisfied with the service. Agility in services, and the price is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condenaram coisas que havia acabado de trocar, pensando que eu não entendia. Querem empurrar muito serviço no cliente para compensar a montagem e o alinhamento grátis. Condenaram bieleta, rolamento, cambagem, coxim e amortecedor. Mas, graças a Deus que vi a malandragem, e não caí na lábia. Obs.: Todos os itens foram trocados recentemente, no espaço de 1 mês, e, para ver se realmente estavam ruins, fui em dois mecânicos especialistas em suspensão que confirmaram o bom funcionamento das peças.
They condemned things I had just switched, thinking I didn't understand. They want to push a lot of customer service to compensate for the free assembly and alignment. They condemned connecting rod, bearing, camber, cushion and shock absorber. But, thank God I saw the trickery, and I didn't fall for the lip service. Obs.: All the items were changed recently, in the space of 1 month, and, to see if they were really bad, I went to two mechanics specialists in suspension who confirmed the good functioning of the parts.
