Semanalmente estou aí e o melhor, sem aquele compromisso de hora marcada, o horário que ficar melhor para mim. Só tenho que agradecer o carinho e profissionalismo de cada uma delas, sem falar da atendente Rose, que e uma fofa.
Para quem busca segurança Unhas Express é o seu lugar, todos os alicates e afins são esterilizados em autoclave de ponta. Super recomendo.
Wonderful service in every way. Always thoughtful manicures. Every week I'm there and the best, without that appointment, the time that suits me best. I just have to thank the affection and professionalism of each of them, not to mention the attendant Rose, who is cute.
For those seeking safety Nails Express is your place, all pliers and the like are sterilized in high end autoclave. Super recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mal humor das funcionárias (manicure e caixa) seriam ignorados caso entregassem um trabalho de qualidade. No momento da aplicação do esmalte questionei a funcionária sobre a sua qualidade (estava muito grosso, com aparência de velho ou adulterado) e ao invés de trocá-lo a manicure ignorou o meu comentário e continuou a aplicação, repetindo algumas vezes: "foi você quem escolheu esse esmalte... eu utilizo outro!"... Há anos utilizo sempre a mesma cor/marca de esmalte e nunca ficou tão grosso e opaco como nesse estabelecimento. Estraguei o canto de uma das unhas e a funcionária se quer se prontificou a arrumar (saí do estabelecimento pasma com a atitude da funcionária e com a unha amassada!). A utilização de spray secante é cobrado a parte e aplicado de qualquer jeito. Péssima qualidade e descaso com o cliente resumem a minha experiência nesse lugar.

1. Esmalte em gel absolutamente horrível, e pelo jeito que ela tirou meu esmalte em gel anterior, minhas unhas vão demorar pra se recuperarem.
2. Higiene. A mulher de meu lado usou o mesmo papel que cobre a mesa em 3 clientes! Um absurdo!
3. As cadeiras não são ergonômicas e os produtos vão cair na sua roupa, além de ser péssima pra ficar sentada.
4. Paguei primeiro, pra descobrir que só haviam meia dúzia de cores disponíveis ?
Eu tenho vídeo da higiene também, se quiser eu posto. E sua manicure when destruiu minhas cutículas, usou A MESMA LUVA na cliente depois de mim.
