★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo quando vou ao Charme! Toda vez é uma surpresa boa nas mãos do Diego Carvalho e de toda a sua equipe. Eles entendem tudo o que você busca e, no final, sempre te surpreendem!
O local é muito bem organizado, higienizado a todo o momento e conta com produtos de altíssima qualidade. Há estacionamento disponível para clientes também! Quem quiser, eles possuem uma lanchonete e, também, vários produtos que podem ser adquiridos na hora (por exemplo, cremes para cabelo). Há espaço para manicure, pedicure e, também, para cuidados masculinos.

I love when I go to Charme! Every time it's a good surprise in the hands of Diego Carvalho and his entire team. They understand everything you are looking for and in the end they always surprise you!
The place is very well organized, sanitized at all times and has high quality products. There is parking available for guests too! Whoever wants to, they have a snack bar and also several products that can be purchased on the spot (for example, hair creams). There is space for manicures, pedicures and also for men's care.

Ample space with stylish and comfortable accommodations. Waiting lounge area with coffee and service with kindness and care. For both men and women, this is the place to add a "Charm" to your appearance. Ton was my barber, I recommend!!

Claro, uma diferença de mais de 120 reais foi cobrado... Fiquei muito envergonhada pois não havia me preparado para um valor maior... Eu paguei porque deixei de fazer minhas unhas e então sobrou dinheiro...
Fiz com o dono do salão, a cor não chegou na que eu queria nem o corte, mas ficou bom.
Ele é muito atencioso e prestativo, as meninas que trabalham lá tambem! Mas quem respondeu o orçamento precisava ser mais atencioso.
Before going to the salon I sent a photo with the cut and color to request a price, they gave me a price without any questioning and when I arrived, guess what? Of course, a difference of more than 120 reais was charged... I was very embarrassed because I had not prepared myself for a greater amount... I paid because I stopped doing my nails and so I had money left...
I did it with the owner of the salon, the color didn't reach what I wanted nor the cut, but it was good.
He is very attentive and helpful, the girls who work there too! But whoever answered the budget needed to be more attentive.
