★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como se não bastasse a proprietária ser MUITO antipática e mal humorada, é exploradora. Fiz um corte de cabelo e fiquei insatisfeita com um detalhe. Voltei depois de 3 dias para ajeitar. O cabeleireiro, muito educado, passou 5 minutos comigo e deu apenas 3 tesouradas, resolvendo a questão. Quando fui pagar, a dona do salão disse-me que se tratava de um novo corte e cobrou o valor integral. Nem discuti e paguei. O atendimento dela é péssimo sempre. Nunca mais voltarei.
As if it is not enough for the owner to be VERY unsympathetic and moody, she is an explorer. I got a haircut and was dissatisfied with one detail. I came back after 3 days to fix it. The hairdresser, very polite, spent 5 minutes with me and gave only 3 shears, resolving the issue. When I went to pay, the owner of the salon told me it was a new cut and charged the full amount. I didn't even discuss and pay. Her service is always terrible. I will never come back.
