Preço acima do mercado, produtos de baixa qualidade e o dono além de ser péssimo em tratar as pessoas, não assume a responsabilidade pelos produtos de baixa qualidade que comercializa e coloca a culpa no cliente. Fica dando desculpas de fatos inexistentes e não resolve a demanda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atendentes mal educados, liguei para fazer um orçamento e ficaram de me retornar mas não retornaram, depois de algumas horas liguei novamente para saber o valor do orçamento e o técnico ao atender o telefone foi mal educado e me tratou muito mal, NÃO INDICO ESSA LOJA PARA NINGUÉM!
Bad service, rude attendants, I called to get a quote and they didn't get back to me, after a few hours I called again to get the quote and the technician when answering the phone was rude and treated me very badly, NO I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Pedi uma cópia de um controle de garagem, mas o frequencimetro, a ferramente que faz a cópia estava estragada. Aí beleza, entra o senhor com a ferramenta e o controle pra dentro da loja e volta dizendo que o controle está codificado. Me cobrou 40 reais. Cheguei em casa e o controle não funcionou, procurei outro chaveiro e foi me dito que o controle na verdade não havia sido codificado.
Ou seja, a ferramenta não funciona mas vamos vender assim mesmo o controle que não serve. Gastei + 40 pra codificar em outro lugar.

Horrible. I asked for a copy of a garage control, but the frequency meter, the tool that makes the copy, was broken. Here, beauty, you enter the store with the tool and the control and come back saying that the control is coded. He charged me 40 reais. I got home and the remote didn't work, I looked for another key fob and was told that the remote hadn't actually been coded.
In other words, the tool doesn't work, but we're still going to sell the control that doesn't work. I spent +40 to encode elsewhere.
