★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma troca de chave e ele sugeriu q precisa trocar o miolo da fechadura. Aceitei a sugestao e paguei 100 reais pelo servico. 2 semanas depois do atendimento cheguei em casa e quando fui abrir o portao o miolo saiu na minha mao.
Fiz contato pelo telefone onde ele primeiramente se negou a atender foi quando mostrei nossas conversas pelo whatsapp para comprovar o atendimento. Agendamos uma visita para o dia seguinte e ele se recusou a atender e solicitou q eu procurasse o meus direitos.
Abrirei chamado no procon.
Nada confiavel, pessimo servico e um atendimento de pessima qualidade.
Nao utilizem os servicos!!!
I requested a key exchange and he suggested that you need to change the lock core. I accepted the suggestion and paid 100 reais for the service. 2 weeks after the service I got home and when I went to open the gate the core came out in my hand.
I made contact by phone where he first refused to answer was when I showed our conversations on WhatsApp to prove the service. We scheduled a visit for the next day and he refused to answer and asked me to look for my rights.
I will open a call on the procon.
Nothing reliable, poor service and poor quality service.
Do not use the services !!!
