★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui contratar o serviço para troca de fechadura, fui uma enrolação, marcavam comigo o rapaz não conseguia ir e ninguém avisava. Pareciam que não estavam nem ai. Não foi só uma vez não. Eu deveria ter me atentado ao sinal e desiatido desse chaveiro, mais insisti. O rapaz foi trocar a fechadura, me pediu um pedaço de fita dupla face, aquela verde, pra colocar la na fechadura porque aquele espelho da fechadura não estava prendendo direito. Alguns dias depois, esse espelho da fechadura começou a se mecher, e eu vi que além dessa fita ele havia colocado um papel de bala junto pra segurar. A fechadura começo a soltar, quando eu ia fechar ficava soltando, tinha que ficar colocando ela no lugar. Hoje fomos abrir a porta a chave não entrou, tentamos com a chave de casa e ela abriu a porta. Ou seja qualquer um que tentasse ia cobseguir abrir a porta. Entramos em contato com outro chaveiro e o mesmo disse que nem essa chave que deram pra gente dizendo ser da fechadura nova servia pra ela, não era do mesmo modelo do miolo. Péssimo serviço, péssimo comprometimento.

The lock starts to release, when I was going to close it, it kept releasing, I had to keep putting it in place. Today we went to open the door the key did not come in, we tried with the house key and she opened the door. In other words, anyone who tried would be able to open the door. We got in touch with another locksmith and he said that not even this key they gave us saying it was from the new lock would work for her, it wasn't the same model as the brain. Bad service, bad commitment.

DETALHE: tentamos outras chaves e qualquer uma abre a porta.
Disappointment. The clerk put candy wrapper and a piece of tape in the lock. After the service, the key screwed to open or close, until a moment came when it crashed for good and doesn't work anymore!
