Poucos minutos depois, cheguei lá e ele tinha saído. Me deixou mais de 1 hora esperando e depois disso, mandou o atendente avisar que ele iria almoçar e que não iria me atender. Uma palhaçada, se não quiserem ser desrespeitados, passem longe desse lugar! Terrible attendance! I called the locksmith (Quitério) saying that I would take my key to make a copy and he said he would wait at the store. A few minutes later I got there and he was gone. He left me more than 1 hour waiting and after that, he sent the attendant to tell me that he was going to have lunch and that he would not serve me. A joke, if you don't want to be disrespected, stay away from this place!
