★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de se dizer 24h, recusou serviço às 17h alegando estar tarde demais. Como não era uma emergência, marcamos para o dia seguinte e ele simplesmente não apareceu. Horas depois do combinado, deu uma justificativa que mais pareceu uma desculpa. Não tenho como dizer se é bom chaveiro, mas o atendimento como um todo foi um desastre.
Despite saying 24h, he refused service at 17h claiming it was too late. As it wasn't an emergency, we made an appointment for the next day and he just didn't show up. Hours after the agreement, he gave a justification that seemed more like an apology. I can't say if he's a good locksmith, but the service as a whole was a disaster.
