Era apenas o ajuste de alguns parafusos no próprio portal. A minha inquilina recebeu uma nota na nal vinha na descrição de gravação do controle sendo que esse serviço não foi relizado. Entrei em contato para endender no caso o porque foi cobrado o valor se de gravação sendo que não foi realizado....Meu Deus antes tivesse aceitado uma nota que não condiz com o trabalho feito, fui tratada como um lixo e isso pelo próprio dono que disse: minha queridinha eu tenho 60 anos na profissão então te chamo como eu bem entender. Tô horrorizada! Talvez ele nesses 60 anos não saiba que apresentar uma nota de um serviço que não foi relizado é crime.
O mau fo Bradileiro é não reclamar e dos que se dizem espertos se aproveitar.
Minha reclamação não é pelo que pageui e sim pela falta de educação na qual fui tratada.
Terrible attendance. I asked for a quote in which they told me that it would be necessary to perform re-recording and control-recording, and when in fact I didn't need to. It was just the adjustment of a few screws on the portal itself. My tenant received a note at the end of the control recording description and this service was not performed. I got in touch to understand why the recording fee was charged when it wasn't done... My God before I had accepted a note that doesn't match the work done, I was treated like garbage and that by the owner himself who said: my dear, I'm 60 years old in the profession so I call you whatever I want. I'm horrified! Perhaps he has not known in these 60 years that presenting a note for a service that has not been performed is a crime.
The bad thing about Bradileiro is not complaining and those who claim to be smart take advantage of it.
My complaint is not for what I paged, but for the lack of education in which I was treated.
