Combinei tudo previamente o técnico que chegou no local não sabia do que se tratava e veio sem o material para executar serviço, disse que retornaria no dia seguinte e até hoje não retornou. Marcou sábado dia 18/04 não veio, quando fui marcar hoje, veio a atendente avisar que o serviço combinado passaria de 80,00 para 120,00 sendo que tenho toda conversa onde deixo claro todas necessidades e eles fechando o serviço em 80,00. É tratar com descaso os clientes que sempre apoiou e deu a eles crédito.

Scheduled Saturday 04/18 did not come, when I went to schedule today, the attendant came to warn that the combined service would go from 80.00 to 120.00 and I have every conversation where I make clear all needs and they closing the service at 80.00 . It is neglecting to treat customers who have always supported and given them credit.

O portão da garagem ao abrir passava direto do ponto e c/ frequência saia da engrenagem do motor, e este ficava girando em falso. O Tecnico trabalhou nos sensores/imãs, mas o problema repetiu. Retrabalhou, portão funcionou alguns dias e voltar a falhar. N tive outra opçao a n ser a acionar outra empresa q resolveu por definitivo. Ref. resposta de hj 6/11, deixando claro q tecnico nos atendeu prontamente nos dois chamados, ao invés de chamar a 3a vez, optei por outra empresa q identificou a causa raiz do problema. Esta é uma crítica construtiva.

Tecnico worked on the sensors / magnets, but the problem repeated. Reworked, gate worked a few days and fail again. I had no other option but to start another company that decided for good. Ref. Response from today 6/11, making it clear that technician answered us promptly on both calls, instead of calling the 3rd time, I opted for another company that identified the root cause of the problem. This is a constructive criticism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa te fornece um valor de mão de obra na hora do orçamento e na hora de você pagar te cobram outro valor alegando que houve mudança de cenário.
Não questiono o serviço do técnico, que foi bem feito, acompanhei o serviço e de fato era complexo, sendo que o técnico disse isso no momento do orçamento, entretanto, não houve mudança que justificasse um aumento de quase 70% no orçamento feito inicialmente.
A empresa deveria ser mais transparente com os clientes, qualquer mudança de valores deveria ser conversada com o cliente a priori antes de só mandar o valor da conta no final do serviço.

I do not question the technician's service, which was well done, I followed the service and it was indeed complex, and the technician said this at the time of the budget, however, there was no change that justified an increase of almost 70% in the budget initially made.
The company should be more transparent with customers, any change in values should be discussed with the customer a priori before only sending the amount of the bill at the end of the service.
