★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitamos o serviço de cópia de uma chave quadrupla, eles fizeram e a chave não funcionou. Após reclamarmos, eles vieram ao local para testar. Ao constatar que a cópia que fizeram não funcionava, o chaveiro desmontou a fechadura (que estava funcionando) para levar para a oficina. Quando o rapaz voltou disse que o problema era da fechadura, montou de qualquer jeito e abandou o local deixando aquilo que funcionava totalmente danificado, Faltou responsabilidade e profissionalismo.
We requested the copy service for a quadruple key, they did and the key did not work. After we complained, they came to the site to test. Upon realizing that the copy they made did not work, the locksmith disassembled the lock (which was working) to take to the workshop. When the boy came back he said that the problem was with the lock, he set it up anyway and left the place leaving everything that worked totally damaged. There was a lack of responsibility and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma copia de chave normal. Demorei um pouco para constatar que estava com dificuldade de abrir com a nova chave. Quando fui pedir troca, nao reclamaram da demora, mas me disseram simplesmente que aquela copia nao havia sido feita ali. De bater boca como se fosse mentir por algo assim. Nao recomendo mesmo. Gerente péssimo.
I made a copy of the normal key. It took me a while to realize that I was having trouble opening it with the new key. When I went to ask for an exchange, they didn't complain about the delay, but they simply told me that that copy had not been made there. To slap my mouth like I'm going to lie for something like that. I really don't recommend it. Lousy manager.
