★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e descaso com os clientes. Marquei um atendimento na terça feira mas o técnico estava fora, me disseram que poderiam agendar para hoje no primeiro horário. Liguei para lá 8:45 e disseram que ele estava a caminho (5 minutos da oficina). Expliquei que iria esperar, mas tinha outros compromissos em seguida. 1 hora depois e sem sinal do técnico, liguei e ele ainda estava lá, pois chegou um atendimento de balcão e eles passaram na minha frente! É muito descaso e falta de responsabilidade.
Poor service and disregard for customers. I made an appointment on Tuesday but the technician was out, they told me they could schedule it for today at the first hour. I called him at 8:45 and was told he was on his way (5 minutes from the shop). I explained that I would wait, but I had other appointments to follow. 1 hour later and with no signal from the technician, I called and he was still there, as a counter arrived and they passed in front of me! It's a lot of neglect and lack of responsibility.
