The service is good even when you rent, then they start treating you rudely. They charge an abusive fee, and when you need to respond with rudeness .. without a doubt the worst of Lavras.

The worst real estate in Lavras! I tried to rent a house from them, and was treated extremely badly by the attendants. All my friends who have also tried to rent, have made the same complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
