I returned to training jiu-jitsu after a long time spent at the Checkmat Cabo Frio-RJ gym. It was one of the best decisions I made. Excellent physical space, exceptional professionals and the guys are a real family, always ready and open to receive a new member. I'm a fan of the gym, I highly recommend it!!! OSS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor lugar que eu já treinei jiu-jitsu na minha vida. O professor é didático, o ambiente é bem família, tanto que a minha família toda treina lá, o pessoal é bem companheiro. O professor Vinícius Abrahão é uma árvore que está dando ótimos frutos. Tem um cara chamado de rominho que deveria ser contratado por Hollywood pra fazer um filme e tem um tal de gandini que dá muitas piruleta, chega a ser bonito de ver.
Best place I have ever trained jiu-jitsu in my life. The teacher is didactic, the environment is very family, so much so that my whole family trains there, the staff are very friendly. Professor Vinícius Abrahão is a tree that is bearing great fruit. There is a guy called rominho who should be hired by Hollywood to make a film and there is a gandini that gives lots of lollipops, it is even beautiful to see.

Mestre Vinicios sempre muito didático, dando treinos de altíssimo nível, sendo paciente e incentivador com os alunos iniciantes e muito motivador dos alunos mais graduados. A equipe é uma verdadeira família, recomendo a academia a todos que querem iniciar ou voltar a praticar a arte suave.
Certainly the best gym in the region. Mestre Vinicios always very didactic, giving training of the highest level, being patient and encouraging with the beginning students and very motivating for the most graduated students. The team is a real family, I recommend the gym to everyone who wants to start or return to practicing gentle art.
